RAS is seeking a Client Services Manager to build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients. You will identify and resolve client concerns, act as the main contact, coordinate with internal staff, and drive top-tier client satisfaction.

This home-based role requires residency in SD, IA, or MO, with frequent travel and some overnight stays. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Competenze

• A minimum of five years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience.
• Experience in working with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients is preferred.
• Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management is desirable.
• Proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
