CSC is hiring a Client Service Representative to support our Annual Reports and Corporate teams remotely from Hawaii. This role provides solutions that help business clients run smoother and smarter, with training and mentorship to help you grow. Ideal candidates have customer service or administrative experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Salesforce experience is a plus. We offer competitive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and good communication.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone or electronically.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
• Organize the workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands.
• Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately.
• Recommend process improvements where applicable.
• Maintain and grow customer business by offering services.
