Sweetepictravels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary client contact and deliver outstanding service from a home office. You will handle inquiries across insurance sales, benefits administration, and account questions, while pursuing outbound sales opportunities and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes communication, negotiation, and data analysis to tailor solutions and improve client satisfaction in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with client interaction.
• Strong negotiation and excellent communication abilities, multilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• Excellent customer service with understanding of HIPAA when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.
