Vanguard Group is seeking a Client Service Excellence Center associate to support clients via inbound calls, helping with account-related needs and guiding them through life moments like home buying and retirement planning.

You must hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. This fully remote role requires work from within Oklahoma, with a compensation package including base salary plus performance bonuses and licensing bonus.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
• Strong ownership for client outcomes—take initiative and be accountable.
• Willingness to learn and grow in financial services.
