Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
• CRM skills and client relationship management experience.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative in resolving issues.
• Willingness to learn and continuously grow knowledge.
• High school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree required/licensing considerations noted.
