Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Client Service Excellence Center associate to handle inbound calls, assist clients with their account-related needs, and deliver exceptional service. Must hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and be available for fully remote work within Tennessee.

Role offers base salary with bonuses, plus a licensing bonus of $20,000 and milestone rewards for longevity. Total comp for the first year ranges from $70,500 to $81,500.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Ownership mindset with initiative and accountability.
• Willingness to learn and build knowledge.

Responsibilities
