Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Client Service Excellence Center associate to assist clients via inbound calls on account-related needs. This fully remote role requires you to work from Kentucky and hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and trust.

You will partner with clients to resolve inquiries, uphold an owner’s mindset, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience while earning licensing bonuses and performance-based

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing or inbound phone experience.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Willingness to learn and grow in client service.
