Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Client Service Excellence Center associate to handle inbound calls and assist clients with account-related needs, enabling investors to reach their financial goals. You will support clients with empathy and ownership, resolving inquiries and building trust.

This fully remote role requires FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and is performed from Idaho. The team emphasizes collaboration, service excellence, and growth within a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
• Strong client relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Must hold Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or be eligible as determined by Compliance.
• High school, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries.
• Lead with empathy and ownership to solve problems, uncover client needs, and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to continuously improve the client and crew experience.
