Job summary

Circana, a leading data and AI-enabled solutions provider for the retail and CPG industry, seeks a senior analyst to partner with retailer teams and deliver growth opportunities through data-driven insights.

You will develop analyses, craft narratives, and present actionable recommendations to merchants and cross-functional stakeholders, while owning projects and shaping client success with Circana tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
3+ years using syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI/NIQ) to inform client decisions.
Experience in sales, category management, shopper insights or analytics within CPG/retail/consulting.

Responsibilities

Partner with retailer Price and Promotions teams to deliver data-driven insights and growth opportunities.
Develop fact-based analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations for merchants.
Create clear presentations translating analytical outputs into business implications for stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions and support success.
Manage projects with quality, ownership, and risk awareness.
