Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and with teams.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility for overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients and client representatives via phone, email or mail to secure the return of company rental equipment.
• Manages incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching answers and alternatives.
• Implements solutions to issues and escalates unresolved problems.
• Answers client questions using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Records details of calls and messages.
• Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
• Places outbound calls to discuss returning equipment.
• Maintains detailed files and updates customer records.
• Attempts to convert clients to private pay and addresses cancellations.
• Identifies root causes and recommends process improvements.
• Maintains productivity and quality goals.
• Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.
