Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a skilled program manager to support client services for our remote workforce. This role focuses on coordinating program activities, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery for our clients from a centralized operation outside of Dallas, TX.

As a program manager you will coordinate cross-functional teams, attend client meetings, document decisions, and manage schedules to meet deliverables.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred.
• Min 5 years managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend meetings and document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects for the program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership.
• Manage contract amendments and change requests for the client.
• Present program expectations during weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Provide client access to internal applications and data reports.
