Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is hiring a remote, full-time program manager to coordinate client activities, meetings, and cross-functional projects. You will document decisions, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations across the US.

You will interact with client leadership, manage amendments, provide status reports, and support change requests. The role offers competitive benefits and a salary range aligned with market rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client services experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.
• Proven product knowledge in business area.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend all program and client meetings; document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects; set due dates and assign owners.
• Follow up on action items; ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide weekly reports on all program activities.
• Solicit feedback from task owners on sub-tasks and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date activity timelines and communicate progress and delays.
• Develop and manage activity timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients to meet objectives.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership when needed.
• Manage contract amendments and project change requests.
