Job summary

Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to independently manage a portfolio of client accounts, drive relationship development, retention and performance, and to understand clients’ products and workflows. The role collaborates with Sales, Analytics, Operations, IT and Legal to deliver detailed reports and identify trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience (including internships).
• Ability to think critically and manage ambiguous situations.
• Strong desire to build trusted client relationships and partnerships.
• Experience traveling nationwide for meetings and events (up to 20%).
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of client accounts with relationship development, retention, and performance outcomes.
• Learn clients’ products and workflows and how these integrate with our offerings.
• Use internal resources to manage client business and portfolio performance.
• Identify growth opportunities and educate clients on additional products.
• Lead 2-3 in-person client meetings monthly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attend regional/national conferences and staff booths as needed.
• Provide training and ongoing support and maintain accounts.
• Suggest internal process improvements and remove obstacles.
• Collaborate with other Milliman IntelliScript units and departments.
• Handle legal documents as needed and maintain records in Salesforce.
• Study market conditions and industry trends affecting clients and business.
• Represent the Milliman IntelliScript brand professionally.
