Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, develop trusted relationships, and ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue retention. This remote role allows nationwide travel up to 20% for meetings.

You will collaborate with Sales, Analytics, IT, and product teams to deliver detailed reports, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities. A bachelor's degree and experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue retention.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on relationship development, retention, and performance.
• Develop thorough understanding of clients’ products, workflows, and how IntelliScript integrates into their operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver detailed reports, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings, travel nationwide up to 20% for conferences and events as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in Salesforce.
