Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on relationship development and retention.
• Understand clients' products and workflows, and how IntelliScript integrates with their operations.
• Use internal resources to manage client business and portfolio strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and educate clients on additional product offerings.
• Coordinate 2–3 in-person client meetings per month and support conference participation.
• Provide training and ongoing support; drive internal process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
