Job summary

Enumerate is hiring a Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and partner for our clients. This role focuses on managing client requests, delivering timely customer service, and coordinating with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Support to drive results.

Remote role in the United States with occasional travel to Fort Lauderdale, FL; candidates must be in EST or CST time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in real estate, property management or HOA/COA industries is preferred.
• Strong customer service and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar PM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and liaise with internal teams to resolve requests.
• Provide support to associations and grant users access to Enumerate Central.
• Gather information and documentation to set up accounts and complete reconciliations.
• Handle challenging requests or escalations promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or Zendesk.
• Communicate customer needs to peers and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve requests timely.
• Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain understanding of customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
