AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, contractor role ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. You’ll receive comprehensive training, inbound client interest, and a structured mentorship program to build a long-term career from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through enrollment, providing client-first service, and conducting virtual consultations.

Qualifications

• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain any necessary licences, if applicable to the role
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required

Responsabilités

• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Provide attentive, client-first service
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
