Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain state Life & Health license
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Have a Windows laptop or PC with webcam and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Walk individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Deliver excellent, client-centered service
• Handle documentation accurately and manage follow-ups
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
