Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
• Willingness to obtain applicable Life & Health Insurance licenses as required.
• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting client relationships and guide clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients and coordinate follow-ups.
• Participate in mentorship and team development activities.
