Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks an experienced program manager to oversee client-driven initiatives in a remote, full-time capacity. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks while managing client communications and documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in client services and program management, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

  • Review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, documenting key points and decisions.
  • Monitor all program activities and IT projects; set due dates and assign responsibilities.
  • Follow up on action items ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Escalate delayed activities to leadership when deadlines are missed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for regularly reviewing weekly, monthly & quarterly - program activities with the client.
  • Attend all program and client meetings, takes detailed meeting notes during client interactions and internal strategy sessions, ensuring all key points and decisions are documented.
  • Monitors all program’s activities and IT projects associated with the program.
  • Includes setting due dates and responsible parties.
  • Follows up on action items from meetings, ensuring that responsibilities are clear, and deadlines are met.
  • Weekly report out of all program’s activities.
  • Solicit feedback from the activity/task owners on sub-tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date activity timeline, articulate progresses and delays.
  • Develops and manages activities timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Obtain consensus for activities risks, decisions and closures.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks related to program activities.
  • Facilitates communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure all activities objectives are understood and met.
  • Escalate delayed activities to program’s leadership if activity owners are missing deadlines consistently and/or are unresponsive.
  • Managing contract amendments and project change requests for the client.
  • Coordinates customer interactions with internal & external partners to meet the evolving business needs of the client.
  • Responsible for sharing and presenting current and future program expectations during weekly meetings with client leadership in addition to Quarterly Business Review meetings with client’s Access and Marketing teams.
  • Manages client access to internal applications including client-facing data reports and data streams with 3rd party vendors.
Qualifications

Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of program activities. Own and develop tracking tools to achieve specific program management goals and activities. Create and participate in recurring business review presentations. Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models. Projects may have significant and long-term impact. Provides solutions which may set precedent. Independently determines method for completion of new projects. Receives guidance on overall project objectives. Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES

Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CT the first week of employment. Attendance is mandatory. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work a scheduled shift of 7am - 7pm CT.

  • Ping Rate Maximum of 30ms (milliseconds)

Anticipated salary range: $82,100.00 - $105,480.00
