TrendyMinds is seeking a Client Partnerships Coordinator to keep client accounts running smoothly and projects on track. You will own task management in Asana, coordinate across teams, and prep meetings so every engagement moves forward with clarity.

This role rewards a proactive, detail-oriented individual who communicates professionally and uses AI tools to draft updates, format reports, and surface overdue tasks. Fully remote across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience using AI tools to draft updates and reports.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset; anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects organized and on track by managing tasks and deadlines in Asana.
• Support client communication through scheduling and status updates.
• Prepare meetings with agendas and notes, tracking next steps.
• Assemble status reports and project summaries to document progress.
• Flag opportunities and communicate context to supervisor.
