TrendyMinds is seeking a Client Partnerships Coordinator to keep the operational engine of our client accounts running smoothly. You'll own Asana tasks, deadlines, and cross-team coordination, ensuring clear communications and a reliable workflow that frees the rest of the team to focus on strategy.

This role rewards meticulous organizers who enjoy documenting meetings, building status reports, and spotting opportunities for action.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with a project management tool (Asana or similar).
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft status updates and format reports.

Responsibilities

• Own Asana for assigned accounts, create/update tasks, track deadlines.
• Handle scheduling and day-to-day client communication to keep engagements moving.
• Prepare and document meetings: agendas, notes, action items.
• Build status reports and project summaries from project tools.
• Flag opportunities to supervisor with context.
