Job summary

Mederi Digital is seeking a Project Account Manager for client services on a remote, US-based team. You own the client relationship and project plan from kickoff through launch and ongoing care, coordinating design and development to keep builds on time and budget.

You’ll run kickoff calls and status updates, manage timelines and scope, and chase content and approvals while maintaining clear communication with busy practice owners. This role is full-time and remote-first.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account or project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you make complex things simple.
• Strong organization and follow-through across many moving projects at once.
• Comfort partnering closely with designers and developers.
• A calm, service-minded approach with busy, non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day client relationship, from kickoff through launch and ongoing care.
• Build and manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables across design and development.
• Run kickoff calls, status updates, and review sessions that keep clients informed and confident.
• Coordinate the internal team so work stays on schedule and on scope.
• Chase content, assets, and approvals so projects never stall.
• Spot risks early and keep every build on time and on budget.
