You will work with FreshDesk, Asana, HubSpot, OneDrive, and Teams, collaborating with a Project Manager and the CEO to scope work, quote items, and ensure successful outcomes for client websites and hosting needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact throughout projects and after launch
• Coordinate tickets and requests from inception to closure
• Assist in project setup, content collection, and review against site outlines
• Load content, test site functionality, and ensure launch readiness
• Attend weekly meetings and help maintain project priorities
