Qualifications

• 1-4 years in virtual assistance, sales support, customer support, business development, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email platforms) and CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-starter with initiative, accountability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage prospects, clients, and partners
• Support follow-ups, scheduling, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
• Maintain professional and clear written communication aligned with client expectations
• Identify and research companies, executives, and market opportunities
• Build and manage prospect lists for campaigns and business initiatives
• Gather insights on industries, competitors, and target markets
• Assist in executing outreach and marketing campaigns
• Track and update activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets)
• Support reporting, data management, and pipeline tracking
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate across teams
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal organization
• Support ad hoc projects across business, events, or client initiatives
