Pearl is a founder-led, tech-enabled legal-medical services company seeking a Client Operations Manager who will own end-to-end case coordination and act as the operational backbone between law firms, insurance carriers, and medical experts.

You will manage a high-volume queue across email, phone, and portal, oversee invoicing and scheduling, and build trackers and workflows that keep all moving. This role requires ownership, precision, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years owning a high-volume queue of cases, accounts, or client relationships end-to-end in a B2B services environment.
• Proven experience managing high concurrent volume across multiple channels (email, phone, client portal).
• Hands-on ownership of money-adjacent workflows (invoicing, billing, or claims/case financial coordination) under zero-defect accuracy requirements.
• Track record of building or repairing a tracker, SOP, checklist, or workflow from scratch.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook plus at least one CRM, case-management, or client-portal system.
• C1+ English (CEFR) — written and spoken at near-native level for direct communication with US attorneys and medical professionals.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap
