Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own growth methods and performance across initiatives, with Fount Legal as the first priority. You will design strategies, run experiments, and partner with Sales, Product, Analytics and Finance to attract qualified professionals and scale revenue.

You will build content, manage paid and organic channels, and implement HubSpot-driven lifecycle programs to convert prospects into customers and advocates.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building B2P growth or demand generation programs.
• Experience with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM workflows.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth methods and performance across initiatives.
• Plan and operate channel mix across paid, organic, partnerships, webinars and events.
• Create credible content, guides, case studies and webinars to educate professionals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, Finance and Legal to align growth efforts.
