Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Client Operations Specialist - Renewals to support Client Managers/Directors in managing recurring renewal business. You will generate quotes, validate contracts, audit the renewal pipeline in Salesforce, and coordinate with clients and internal partners to streamline the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Two or more years of B2B sales or client services experience.
• Experience with renewals preferred; CRM software experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Client Managers by monitoring renewal activity and generating quotes.
• Validate service contracts, audit, and manage renewal pipeline in Salesforce.
• Interact with clients to facilitate sales cycle when needed.
• Prepare and submit accurate orders for purchasing.
• Provide system reporting to managers upon request.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices.
• Participate in client meetings including QBRs.
• Maintain customer data integrity and account health.
