Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support field Client Managers in developing and closing new business. You will generate quotes, process orders, respond to client inquiries, and help with pricing strategies while collaborating with internal partners.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior CRM and Salesforce experience is preferred for effective client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or client services.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM software required or preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel; strong internet navigation.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers by producing accurate sales quotations for new product and services.
• Process orders and assist with client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Interact with clients to provide pricing quotations and accept POs when needed.
• Generate reports and analytics for managers and operations on request.
• Build and maintain product/industry knowledge to support price strategy.
