Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Client Operations Analyst to support relationships with health plan partners while working remotely in the United States, with occasional travel.

In this role you will compile and analyze data, maintain client marketing materials and KPIs, manage reports and SLA deliverables, document client meetings, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to meet client needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced data skills in Excel.
• Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to clearly articulate via verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for one or more complex, high-volume, national clients.
• Develop and implement strategic programs and projects aligning with healthcare objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to define program goals, scope, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal teams to support client program objectives.
• Regular meetings with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on requirements & deadlines.
• Organize and present KPIs; manage client SLA deliverables.
• Assist with reconciliation to meet SOW requirements.
• Document client meetings and action items; oversee client marketing materials.
