Navari is seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client support. The role focuses on relationship management and ensuring client success across our software offerings.

You will triage support, communicate with product and sales teams, and help educate clients on hosting and CMS services. Flexible remote work with potential for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years in customer success or account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client interactions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound support tickets and triage with technical resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships as primary contact.
• Develop knowledge of design, development, and hosting services.
• Test defects and communicate findings to product team.
• Provide training resources to clients as needed.
• Coordinate issue resolution with support and development teams.
• Gather client feedback for product and sales teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist revenue growth.
