You will be the first contact, handling calls, verifying information, explaining the intake process, scheduling consultations, documenting interactions in the CRM, and escalating as needed while staying

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a phone-based or client-facing role.
• Must be able to handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to follow strict compliance guidelines.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities
