You will be among the first contacts, building trust quickly while handling emotionally charged conversations with calm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in a phone-based or client-facing role.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and empathy.
• Ability to follow strict compliance guidelines.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Ability to document information in CRM accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.
• Verify client information accurately.
• Explain intake process and next steps.
• Schedule consultations and appointments.
• Follow up with clients after enrollment.
• Assist clients who have not completed enrollment.
• De-escalate conversations while maintaining professionalism.
• Educate clients on the process without providing legal advice.
• Document every interaction in the CRM.
• Escalate complaints per established procedures.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
