Jacoby & Meyers Accident & Injury Lawyers is hiring a Client Intake Analyst for a fully remote, full-time role. You will liaison between Case Management teams and external vendors, monitor MIA queues, coordinate outreach, and manage credits within timelines in the ACT system.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in legal intake or related admin roles, with CRM experience and strong communication skills. Flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits are offered to support this position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in legal intake, client onboarding, vendor relations, or administrative case management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or legal case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication for frequent vendor coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills with SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Vendor relations and client intake tracking.
• Daily monitoring of client intake queues and non-responsive clients.
• Communicate with client intake vendors to request contact and enable warm transfers.
• Update case system statuses and log communications in case history.
• Credit requests and refund management.
• Evaluate non-responsive cases for refund eligibility based on timelines.
• Coordinate drop approvals through executive review and Case Handlers.
• Submit credit requests to vendors and track status (Credit Requested/Approved/Denied).
• Draft and send client drop letters.
• Upload final drop letters to the ACT file.
• Update history notes and close files in ACT.
