Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a Recovery Specialist to perform outbound calls to clients who have disengaged from their cases, to understand their current situation and discuss options for continued representation. You will work closely with the client's attorney and staff to ensure information is accurate and communication is clear.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and effective problem-solving to maintain client trust and drive resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury cases.
• Excellent listening and de-escalation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to disengaged clients to understand their situation and options.
• Provide a clear overview of the firm’s commitment to cases and continued representation.
• Build rapport with clients through empathetic listening and professionalism.
• Coordinate with client handlers/attorneys for updates and background information.
• Identify and escalate unresolved client issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the Client Advocate and Operations teams to improve client experience.
• Support Day-to-Day operations with Turn-Down team tasks.
