Locum Tenens Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand market presence nationwide. This role is fully remote with substantial earning potential through an uncapped commission plan.

You will target hospitals and healthcare organizations, develop outbound campaigns, and manage a robust pipeline from discovery to signed contracts, reporting in CRM and collaborating with recruiting teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, sales, or account acquisition experience within the locum tenens industry.
• Proven track record of generating new business and winning accounts.
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and cold outreach.
• Ability to open doors and create opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and clinics needing staffing.
• Develop outbound campaigns via calls, emails, networking, referrals, and events.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present staffing solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements and secure new client partnerships.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure placement delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in CRM.
• Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions.
