Job summary

Virtualite is seeking client growth representatives to remotely drive revenue through client expansion and relationship development. You will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client growth or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented and goal-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities.
• Conduct consultative conversations to uncover evolving client needs.
• Present additional service solutions aligned with client goals.
• Maintain accurate account notes, forecasts, and growth pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to support client success.
