Job summary

Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) seeks a Client Relationship Advisor to grow and manage a New England client portfolio, delivering exceptional service and partnering with clients to expand product usage.

You will engage with executives, identify opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Client Care, Operations, and Onboarding to drive client success while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or related financial services.
• Proven success in building client relationships and managing portfolios.
• Experience with banking products and client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted client partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of New England clients.
• Lead proposals, presentations, and materials for business development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Care, and Onboarding teams.
• Travel regularly throughout New England for client meetings.
