Job summary

Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) is seeking a Client Relationship Advisor to manage and grow relationships in New England. You will serve as trusted advisor, identify opportunities to expand products, and deliver exceptional client experiences while traveling to client sites and industry events.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Care, Operations, Product Management, and Onboarding teams to strengthen partnerships, drive growth, and ensure client success across community banks and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in relationship management, sales, business development, or related financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio by expanding ACBB products and services.
• Develop and present solutions addressing client needs and ACBB value propositions.
• Maintain sales pipeline data in Salesforce and prepare proposals and materials.
• Support the sales process from opportunity through implementation and relationship management.
• Travel within New England to meet clients and strengthen partnerships.
• Partner with onboarding and internal teams to ensure smooth client implementations.
