Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Licensed Relationship Banker to advise clients, deepen relationships, and grow the branch through consultative guidance. You will engage clients to understand goals, recommend tailored banking and investment solutions, open and service accounts, and support digital adoption while maintaining compliance.

In this role, you will manage portfolios, meet clients in person and by phone, and coordinate with specialists to deliver integrated experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or military equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail banking, financial services, or consultative relationship sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by deepening relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Proactively meet with clients in person and by phone to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Thoroughly understand each client’s financial situation, goals, and needs.
• Recommend and deliver customized solutions — including credit, deposits, investments, insurance, and other products — partnering with internal specialists.
• Open and service consumer and small business accounts; support digital banking enrollment and self-service tools for 24/5 access.
• Originate and process consumer credit requests; refer complex or specialized needs to the appropriate partner and coordinate warm handoffs.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, investments, and fee income.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver an integrated client experience.
