Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Client Finance Analyst I for a fully remote role in the United States. You will assist in overall financial management for client portfolios, support month-end close, and help with billing and project accounting activities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include setting up new projects, updating budgets and change orders, preparing client invoices, and tracking costs vs. contracted amounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business required.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project accounting including notes from status meetings and updates in financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems and verify signatures, agreeing to Salesforce; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain project files for change orders and budget adjustments; update project financial trackers for milestones.
