Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Client Finance Analyst I to support the client portfolio with monthly close duties, reporting, and day-to-day finance activities. The role is fully remote with responsibilities across project accounting, invoicing, and accruals, requiring strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and 0-2 years of relevant experience, with ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project accounting notes and updates in financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems and verify signatures.
• Update project files for change orders, budgets, and milestones.
• Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions and maintain trackers.
• Prepare and review hours and expenses for client projects.
• Prepare client invoicing and follow up on past due invoices.
• Assist in monthly client accruals.
• Track project costs vs. contracted amounts and shared costs.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and subcontractor hours/bill rates monthly.
• Update routine monthly GL reconciliations with SG&A.
• Assist ad hoc projects including annual budget prep.
• Assist in pulling supporting documents for annual audit.
