Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Client Finance Analyst I for a fully remote role in the United States. You will assist in overall financial management for client portfolios, support reporting, and month-end close activities.

You will participate in project accounting, invoicing, accruals, and reconciliations, collaborating with project managers and the SG&A team to ensure accuracy and timeliness. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and strong Excel skills are required; 0-2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration in accounting, finance or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly project accounting activities and update project trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems and verify signatures.
• Update project files for change orders, budget adjustments, and milestones.
• Record intercompany revenue/cost transactions and update trackers.
• Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and follow up on past due invoices.
• Assist with monthly client accruals and track costs against contracted amounts.
• Set up and track new employees and subcontractor hours/bill rates monthly.
• Perform routine GL reconciliations and collaborate with SG&A team.
• Assist with ad hoc projects including annual budget preparation and audit support.
