Job summary

ProfilHQ is seeking a Client Finance Analyst I for a fully remote position in the United States. You will support client portfolio financial management, reporting, month-end close activities, and project accounting tasks.

Responsibilities include updating project trackers, invoicing, accruals, GL reconciliations, and collaboration with SG&A. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of accounting/finance experience, plus solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration in accounting, finance or business.
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project accounting, notes from status meetings, and updates across financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems, verify signatures, and align with Salesforce.
• Support changes to project budgets, milestones, and cost tracking across projects/clients.
• Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions and update shared trackers.
• Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and chase past-due invoices as needed.
• Assist in monthly client accruals and monitor project costs versus contract amounts.
• Support new hires/subcontractor hours and monthly forecast vs. budget.
• Update routine GL reconciliations and collaborate with the SG&A team.
