Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Senior Analyst to execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities for a variety of clients within the BPO mid-market area. You will perform month-end close, build financial infrastructures, and streamline reporting across multiple engagements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 5+ years of experience, and strong analytical, time-management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferred
• Five (5) plus years of experience in an accounting or finance role, required
• Previous consulting, accounting, or finance positions, preferred
• Proactive innovator with ability to work under limited supervision or in a team environment; ability to handle tight timelines
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Effective communicator with comfort in asking questions
• Intermediate Excel skills required; experience with other Microsoft Office products, preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities for our clients.
• Perform month-end close and other recurring finance and accounting focused tasks.
• Build and implement financial and operational infrastructure on client engagements.
• Streamline reporting and processes.
• Analyze data sets in Excel for key trends and observations.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product.
• Manage multiple workstreams and projects in a logical, organized, and process-driven manner.
