You will partner with clients to define role requirements and staffing strategies, and you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate presentation to final placement.

In a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will prioritize workloads, collaborate with internal operations, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruitment, staffing, or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing recruitment and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong workload prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements and staffing strategies in partnership with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate presentation to placement.
• Prioritize workloads to meet fluctuating hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through collaboration with internal teams.
