BairesDev is a fully remote global technology company seeking a Client-Facing Staffing Analyst to join our distributed team. You will partner with clients to define role requirements and staffing strategies, and you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate presentation to final placement.

In a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will prioritize workloads, collaborate with internal operations, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruitment, staffing, or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing recruitment and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong workload prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with clients and stakeholder teams to define role requirements and staffing strategies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate presentation to final placement.
• Prioritize and organize workloads efficiently to meet fluctuating hiring demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal operations and client services to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staffing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client‑facing recruitment and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong workload prioritization, organizational skills, and self‑regulation.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
