Job summary

Validity Screening Solutions is seeking a Client Experience Partner to deliver exemplary service and account management to Clients and their candidates. The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, onboarding, and proactive problem solving in a fully remote US position with state residency requirements KS/MO.

Responsibilities include managing 10-20 dedicated accounts, coordinating onboarding, maintaining CRM records, tracking service metrics, and collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience in a Client service/account management role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each Clients' goals, challenges, and service needs.
• Conduct regular check-ins, service reviews, and follow-ups to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements, renewals, and account growth.
• Respond promptly and professionally to Client and applicant inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
