Rebar is hiring a Client Experience Leader for a fully remote role supporting customers across the US. You will partner with Client Success, Product, and Sales to deliver a seamless client journey and scale support operations.

The position emphasizes rapid issue resolution, customer advocacy, and enabling product adoption in a growing startup. You will collaborate with distributed teams, own frontline support, and contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements as the company expands

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, construction-tech, or HVAC/Mechanical Contracting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across web-based software products.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
• Highly organized and responsive; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort working remotely while collaborating with a distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Own frontline support across live chat, tickets, and screen-share/video calls with speed and clarity.
• Own outcomes and performance; meet SLAs for response time, resolution time, and CSAT.
• Prioritize tickets with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; partner with Engineering for fast fixes.
• Be the voice of the customer to inform roadmap decisions.
• Improve support operations; refine workflows, SLAs, and tooling.
• Drive product adoption by guiding customers on best practices.
• Build and maintain internal and client-facing documentation.
