Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a resident Life & Health Insurance License.
• Computer or laptop with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Schedule and confirm virtual consultations.
• Explain benefits and coverage options clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up.
